Beyond Pouches Premium comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no explanation required.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at office@beyondpouches.app and we will arrange it for you.
Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
Beyond Pouches Premium is a yearly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings inside the app or through the billing portal. After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it and cancel the subscription.
