By accessing or continuing to use Beyond Pouches you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country and, if you use Beyond Pouches on behalf of an organisation, that you are authorised to bind it.
Beyond Pouches is a self-help tool for people quitting nicotine pouches and snus. It tracks your quit streak, estimated savings and cravings, and offers guided reset sessions and affirmations. Beyond Pouches is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological or addiction-treatment advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance. All savings, nicotine and health figures are estimates based on the data you enter.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Beyond Pouches for your personal, non-commercial use within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service, nor circumvent any technical limitation or paywall.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
We retain all ownership of Beyond Pouches and its intellectual property, including the software, content, design, documentation and branding. Data you enter remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely in order to provide the Service to you.
Beyond Pouches Premium is sold as a yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings inside the app or via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Our own refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
We work hard to keep Beyond Pouches available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Beyond Pouches and delete your account at any time. When access ends we will delete or anonymise your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice; you can export or copy your data beforehand.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes fall under the courts of Austria. We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign it without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
